Will nobody address the elephant in the room when it comes to this awesomely wonderful Pac-Man bookcase? The mouth wedge eats up (pun intended!) valuable shelf space. But what’s the designer to do? The bookcase could be a full yellow circle to represent Pac-Man’s mouth in the closed position but people would argue, “Hey, it just looks like a yellow circle. Then again if you made the mouth wedge, you’d give up precious shelf space.”

I don't know how in the world Office Depot managed to secure the rights to this exclusive, limited edition “No. 14 Tony Stewart NASCAR High-Back Leather Bonded Chair” but all the suits at Office Max and Staples must be going ape shit right about now. If you don’t have stock in Office Depot, buy as much as you can afford as soon as possible (disclosure: I don’t own any stock in Office Depot… YET).

Sony Music Japan has announced a pretty unusual product today, the so-called bdporter [JP]. It's essentially a roll-front cabinet with a set of devices that's geared toward home theater fans who look for a unique piece of furniture. Buyers will get a Sony Blu-ray player, a WXGA projector, surround headphones, active speakers and a 60-inch projector screen.

Now add C) to that list: wished the chair you didn’t bring was heated.
