First trailer for Resident Evil 4: Afterlife is here

It's pretty cool (well, it shows more of the same), mentioning the movie was filmed with the "James Cameron / Vincent Pace Fusion Camera System", the "World's Most Advanced 3D Technology".

Chaos Rings: Square Enix releases fantastic trailer for iPhone-exclusive RPG

Japanese video gaming powerhouse Square Enix has released a handful of hit titles for the iPhone already (including Final Fantasy I and II), but the next one, an RPG named Chaos Rings, is poised to blow them all out of the water. Officially announced [JP] today, the game's trailer shows absolutely amazing graphics.

In November last year, we've shown you not one but two trailers for the Prince of Persia movie, and both turned out to be quite decent. And this third full-length trailer (courtesy of IGN) for one of this summer's blockbusters doesn't look too shabby either.

Final Fantasy for iPhone: First trailer and new screenshots

In case you haven't heard already, Final Fantasy I and II are heading for the iPhone. Originally released in Japan in 1987 and 1988, respectively, for the NES, it took a while for the now legendary RPGs to go America, but they did (on various platforms). And now Square Enix is planning special versions for the iPhone/iPod touch, both in Japanese and English.

Since the 1990s, 2D fighting game series King of Fighters has always been the (smaller), and some hardcore gamers say better, counterpart to Streetfighter. Streetfighter saw not one but two live-action movies based on the thin story lines of the games, and now someone in Hollywood decided it's time for a King of Fighters movie. And does it surprise anybody the promo trailer that was just released looks horrendous?
