CrunchDeals: Gateway NV5212u for $400 (today only)

Best Buy has lopped $80 off the price of the 15.6-inch Gateway NV5212u (I reviewed a similar model earlier this year), bringing it to just $399.99 for the store’s Deal of the Day.

The computer has a dual-core AMD Athlon CPU, 4GB of RAM, DVD burner, six-cell battery, 320GB hard drive, and Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. It’s a beast to lug around but if it’ll be spending most of its time in the same location, it’s a pretty solid buy for $400.
