LONGWOOD, Fla.–(http://www.solawerks.com/investors.html)–Domark International, Inc. (OTCBB:DOMK) disclosed today that consumers should get ready to unplug their Apple iPads forever in less than a month. Domark’s wholly-owned Solawerks subsidiary now expects the highly-anticipated “Solapad” ever-charging solar and battery system for all versions of the Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) iPad to be in the hands of US consumers in less than 30 days. The countdown clock for the Solapad’s arrival as well as other Company information may be seen at:
Preorders for the hot new “Solapad” product are already exceeding their first production schedule. In light of the fact that Apple recently reported selling two and a half times as many iPads last quarter than a year ago, management believes their Solapad product to be the hottest Apple accessory in play for 2012. Domark CEO Michael Franklin recently traveled to China to personally oversee the production of the Solapad and make arrangements for capitalizing on the products’ surprising demand.
Solawerks has also previously announced two other ever-charging products, the “Solafire” for the Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) Kindle Fire and the “Solacase” for all versions of the Apple iPhone. Similar to the Solapad, both the Solafire and Solacase contain a large, high-efficiency solar panel on their back, plus an additional internal battery to keep the associated unit charged at all times.
The Solacase fits all iPhone versions, including the new iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S. The Solacase can now be purchased directly on the Company’s website at www.solawerks.com/products.html
Solawerks, Inc. is a newly formed subsidiary, wholly owned by Domark International, Inc. Solawerks’ current focus is to develop and distribute the Solapad: a combined cover and charging system for Apple’s iPad, the Solafire: a combined cover and charging system for Amazon’s Kindle Fire and the Solacase: a combined cover and charging system for all versions of Apple’s iPhone. Solawerks competes in a market that also includes Cray Instruments (NASDAQ: CRAY) and Standard Microsystems (NYSE: SMSC).
