Oh man. Imagine if the Earth had rings like Saturn. It’d be so cool! Instead of fighting traffic on your way to work every morning, you’d fight traffic on your way to work every morning while looking at the rings out your window! Instead of living in a basement apartment, you’d live in a basement apartment with a view of the rings once you stood on a milk crate and looked out your tiny window!

Seriously, though, this video from animator Roy Prol is pretty cool. It shows what the rings would look like from various spots on the Earth. And at night, “the rings would appear bright in the night sky, because they would reflect the Sun’s light, exactly as the moon.”
