Pleo is back, thanks to electronics and entertainment leader Senario, and we want to give you one.
The $349 artificial dinosaur hit the news this April when Ugobe, its creator, filed for bankruptcy. However, it is thankfully still available from web outlets such as Amazon, Target, Best Buy and BotaBingBotaBoom. In July, it will also be sold on QVC Live, followed by the Sharper Image’s Online Store.
Pleo functions by using a camera based vision system, and has two microphones which act as ‘ears’ for the toy. As well as this, Pleo has an SD card slot, force-feedback sensors and loads of other cool features. Pleo even shows emotions, as well as responding to human touch.
Sounds fun, right?
Well, you can win a ‘Pleo’ by leaving us a comment telling us why you want it. We’ll pick a winner at random.

Hello, I just heard about Pleo today on the radio. I instantly thought that this little robot would make the perfect present for my nerdy dinosaur loving boyfriend! He watches dozens of documentaries on dinosaurs and is in the evolution/prehistoric section of chapters every time we shop there. This would be the perfect gift.
