nc20 Samsung NC20 up for pre order in the UK

The impending 12.1-inch, VIA Nano-powered Samsung NC20 is just about ready to ship in the United Kingdom. BT Shop is currently taking preorders for the machine, which is priced at £390.98 (about $575 US).

The white model is “due” in 5 to 7 days, while the black model is still 1 to 2 weeks away.

  • 1GB Memory
  • 160GB Hard drive

Early reports had the computer rumored to be priced at just under $650, so if it can indeed break the $600 barrier (maybe $549, pretty please?), this might be one worth taking a look at. Still no word on an actual US release date, but it shouldn’t be too far off.
