To celebrate the awesomeness that is the San Diego Comic Con, which makes the New York Comic Con look like single-A baseball, Mad Catz will be handing out special edition Street Fighter IV arcade sticks to attendees. Well, “handing out,” for a price. It’s$179.99, so it’s not like you’re getting a Comic Con discount.
Mad Catz will have 500 of the sticks at the show, split 50/50 between Xbox 360 and PS3 versions. The artwork is meant to evoke the large scar on Sagat’s chest, put there by Ryu so many years ago.
And, if you can make it out to San Diego, you’ll be able to buy this controller from Mad Catz’s Web site for $49.99 during the week of the show.
