Japan gets the Pentax K-x in “robotic colors” (limited edition)

The Pentax K-x was announced last month, and it seems to be a very decent entry-level camera. We already reported the device will be available in a few different colors in Japan, while the US only gets black, white, and red models. And today Pentax said in Tokyo [JP], they are ready to roll out a very special version of the K-x, which is a particularly colorful model inspired by the so-called Kore Ja Nai robo toy [JP].

T-Mobile sending out early November event invites for Bold 2 launch?

We're not sure whether we'll see official PR before then, but it seems that T-Mobile is quietly slipping lucky individuals invites to "executive briefing" events for the upcoming Onyx / 9700 / Bold 2 to be held early next month. Boy Genius Report so far seems to have the inside line on a November 3 date in LA followed by November 5 in the Big Apple, and like pretty much everything else BlackBerry-related, "business casual" attire is suggested.
