Posted on February 12, 2010 | No Comments
A school district in Arizona has outfitted one of its school buses with a $200 mobile 3G Wi-Fi router and $60-per-month access. And guess what? Instead of punching each other and yelling all the way to school, the kids quietly tap, tap, tap away on their laptops.

Hands-on: The Bose QuietComfort 15
Posted on August 19, 2009 | No CommentsI just got back from one of Bose’s signature demos where they trick you into seeing their products in a whole new light. It’s clever and it sometimes works. The trick went down like this: they showed us the QuietComfort 2 headphones, the older model, and ran about 92 decibels of airplane noise in a [...] -
Review: In Your Face iPhone holder
Posted on August 18, 2009 | No Comments
Short Version: The In Your Face viewbase is everything you’d want from a phone stand and then some. With an 8-inch adjustable neck, swiveling head and adjustable clip, the IYF is perfect for flights or long car rides. Unlike the $25 iZel, we think the IYF is worth the $30 price tag.
