Get ready, the 3D revolution will be televised. Sears has started offering pre-order pricing on Samsung's 3D televisions, with some models expected to be available in stores later this month. Sears is also starting to advertise a Blu-ray player with 3D glasses as well.

Hitachi announces 5 full HD TVs with built-in 500GB HDD
Posted on August 25, 2009 | No CommentsThere is a clear trend in Japan, where all the relevant new TVs come from, and that's building devices to store programs into the hardware itself, i.e. HDDs or Blu-ray recorders. Mitsubishi appears to be especially radical in this respect, announcing a TV with both a built-in Blu-ray recorder and HDD just last week. And today Hitachi followed up by adding a total of two new LCDs and three plasmas [JP] to their Wooo TV series, with all models featuring a built-in 500GB HDD.

ASUS drops Eee prices in Taiwan and China, will we be next?

According to DigiTimes, ASUS is blowing out 7- and 8.9-inch Eee PCs over in Taiwan and China. According to me, those same savings may trickle into US markets too!
Uh oh, looks like the mobile TV might be heating up. Vizio announced today that they are launching a mobile TV unit, the "Mobile Razor LED".
