    I've been wondering how, exactly, I'll be able to do work on my iPad. With the assistance of programs like Dropbox and SugarSync, it is possible to cobble together a workflow that doesn't drive me crazy. When I last looked at SugarSync the service was in it's infancy and I found it slightly lacking. All of my concerns, two years ago, have been address and now you have a fully versioned storage system that you can use to feasibly upload a plethora of files including, but not limited to, MP3s, videos, and documents. Audio and video files, for the most part, played natively on the iPad. However, if you need to transfer odd formats or edit Office or iWork documents (you can view them just fine) you'll need to email the files to yourself and them open them in Pages. This two step process, while upsetting to those afraid of more than one step, is frustrating at worst and a non-issue at best.

    Another year, another release of iLife. This time, though, with full iPadsupport. Yes, Apple showed off iLife 2010 at its big press conference today, and the updates are about what you'd expect from the application suite: incremental and filled with one or two things that make you say, "Wow, neat." That being the multi-touch support.

    Apple Expanding iWork In The Cloud?

    A year ago Apple launched iWork.com in beta, which allowed users of their office suite of applications to publish documents online. It's a light feature set compared to Google Docs and Office 10 - just viewing and commenting. But a job posting suggests Apple may be creating a true collaborative cloud based version of the iWork apps. The job posting popped up on CrunchBoard on December 22. Apple is looking for a mid level engineer to "be part of the core development team" and "engage in an area from design to development" of a new javascript rich internet application for the iWork team:
