We've already seen the Nook Valentine's Day edition today and now it's TomTom's turn with the red EASE GPS unit. Because nothing says love like a cheap personal navigator. I kid, I kid.

Posted on December 30, 2009 | No Comments
The US e-reader market is about to get one more player when Dulin's Books brings its Boox 60 reader to the States in the middle of January. Posted on December 29, 2009 | No Comments
More competition is the color E-book market can only be a good thing. The Nook is just sort of in color, the Kindle is the 800 pound gorilla, no one knows what exactly Apple's got planned, and now there's this new guy Paradigm Shift, talking about launching a full-color e-book reader at CES. Bet they wish they'd come to market before the holidays.

A lot more people have ordered the Barnes & Noble Nook, first announced on October 20, than the company expected (despite getting panned by the officialreviewers). The company had Foxconn, their ODM, build far fewer of them than they should have.

Now a small number of pre-orders still haven’t arrived and most brick and mortar stores are sold out and even then they were only available in “higher volume” stores on December 7.
