    The rumor mill has been cranking way too hard over Motorola as of late for us to feel confident in taking a stab at what they may launch, but Motorola has just more or less confirmed that they'll be launching something at CES. Got any guesses as to what it is? Drop it in the comments.     Motorola Droid and Dell Adamo latest to get Gorilla glass

    Corning's darn-near-impenetrable Gorilla glass certainly isn't new -- in fact, we spied it in a few of Motion Computing's tablets just a few months ago -- but it's still not commonplace on mainstream gizmos. Yet. SmartPlanet sat down with Dr. Donnell Walton, senior applications engineer at Corning, in order to discuss the merits of the display technology as well as its importance in the gadget space. The discussion also mentioned that both Motorola's Droid and Dell's Adamo (not to mention Cowon's S9 PMP) are sporting the glass, which acts to make displays "damage-resistant." Not surprisingly, the company is seeing huge demand in the smartphone arena, where touchscreen-centric phones are being shoved into pockets at random and then costing manufacturers big bucks as return rates creep up. It's a pretty interesting read if you're into that type of thing, and yes, we did just give you permission to try and split your Droid display wide open in a moment of frustration. Just don't count on Motorola to accept that as a valid excuse for your RMA.

    Anyone that has used both Windows 7 and OS X can see the similarities. It's clear that some Windows 7 parts were sampled from OS X, but now there is confirmation from Microsoft's partner group manager, Simon Aldous, that OS X was indeed the mold all along.

    So I got home a few minutes ago, grabbed the mail and sat down to watch Michigan sneak a win over Indiana. I noticed a small, black package in the mail, but I didn't care about it until I was sure that Michigan was going to hold off Indiana. After all, I thought, it was probably just another flash drive with some random press release on it. After Michigan intercepted the ball - and the call was upheld - I opened it up only to find a small satchel and a card that clearly showed the Jabra Stone teaser image. Oh man, we've already seen what it's suppose to look like but I didn't think the Stone was suppose to come out for another couple of weeks, I thought. So I quickly opened the black pouch and was instantly disappointed. You suck, Jabra.
