New Pioneer speaker system can link to 2 iPods or iPhones

Pioneer is about to release yet another iPhone-compatible speaker system. The company yesterday announced [JP] the XW-NAC1 in Japan, a speaker system that can connect to and alternately play music from two iPods or iPhones. The XW-NAC1 has two iPod/iPhone docks that charge these devices simultaneously.

Short version: Harman/Kardon makes great speakers, and this set is no exception. If you're looking for a relatively inexpensive home-theater speaker system, you can definitely do much worse then the HKTS 20BQ. This is a complete 5.1 system in a box, and includes everything you need to get your system rocking. The speakers have great response throughout the range, and the 8 inch powered subwoofer will definitely shake things up.

UK braces itself for Best Buy invasion this spring

Other stores in the UK are planning how to best confront the store when it makes its debut this spring. (The first one opens in May.) Luckily for the local guys, Best Buy doesn't exactly have the best reputation out there. Fair or not, that's the way things are.

Victor JVC announces a very pretty, very thin home theater sound system

And the system is very pretty, mainly because the speakers are just 30.8mm thin and weigh 0.85kg each.
